I've made it to 90! Don't know how I made it this week with all the crap that I have eaten, though.
I really went off the rails a few days this week. Not sure if it was due to the fact that I have had so much nausea during the day and really haven't been able to eat very much, but I have had several nights were I have gone nuts over ice cream late at night.
It hasn't helped that Magnums were on special at Coles and this seemed like a good excuse to buy them by the box full, but I know that behaviour like that has to stop for good.
It's not even like I really enjoyed them. I just did it because they were there and I could and I don't know why the hell else.
Makes no damn sense, I know.
Once again, I have to make an effort to get more exercise this week, but I am going to have to try and find a way to deal with the increasing heat and nausea. I may need to find an MS forum to join and see if I can get any tips from people there.
Wish me luck! (Not that anyone is actually reading this!) :)

Slowing down.............
OK, the rate of weight loss is slowing down, but I know that I have absolutely nobody to blame but myself.
Down to 91 kilos this week, so I am well and truly on track for my original goal of hitting 90 kilos by Christmas, but I still can't help feeling disappointed that the weight isn't falling off quite as rapidly as it was. The simple fact is that I haven't been exercising anywhere near as much as I should be. Yes, I can place some of the blame on external factors - the weather is really warming up which has led to a sharp increase in migraines and I have been experiencing a lot mores back pain than usual, but I know that I really need to make the effort. Both for the sake of my weight loss goals and for the sake of my poor dog who really needs to be walked more often!
On the plus side (and to try and counter balance my whinging a little), I have noticed a definite decrease in my 'pelican chins'. Yep, I don't just have double chins, I've got a whole dewlap thing going on there, but it really is starting to get visibly smaller.
I have also had to buy some new clothes recently, but I have only bought the bare essentials - a pair of 3/4 length jeans and a couple of t-shirts because I don't plan on wearing these for very long :)
