Only half a kilo dowm this week, but I can't really expect too much - what with the ice cream and the McDonald's and the pies, oh, and I almost forgot the chocolates that I managed to sneak in there somewhere. I can't remember how long it's been since I had eaten chocolate and it turns out that it really wasn't worth sneaking some, but I did, so there you go :)
On the upside, I have managed to walk for two whole days in a row (yes, that is the sound of slow clapping you can hear) so I can have some brownie points there I guess.
And losing half a kilo is better than not losing anything or gaining, so there's that too, I suppose.
It is still a little disappointing not to see the scales drop by that magic '1' though. I am wondering if I should go back to weighing myself less often. Perhaps I could try doing it randomly or something. Christmas is fast approaching and I haven't had any of those Christmas lollies that I love so much yet, so there could be a little backsliding in my future still :)
We shall just wait and see.
